KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contributes to achieving or surpassing center financial goals through effective outbound communication, precise scheduling, and management of appointments. Prioritize welcoming and confirming calls while delivering friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
Oversees clinic scheduling to ensure prompt and efficient patient care for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments, as well as potential clients.

Ensures all client information in the system is accurate and up-to-date, including but not limited to contact details, insurance, and physician information.

Communicates effectively via telephone, email, and postal mail with patients and prospective clients. Retrieves phone messages and prioritizes return calls.
Prepares and updates client records. Accurately checks clients in and out of appointments. Processes stock and custom orders, and conducts weekly inventory audits for accuracy. Enters and tracks orders and invoices.
Collects and records payments, assisting with financing applications and processing.

Maintains detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits, executing all end-of-day processes and reports.

Ensures a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment while adhering to established safety and infection control protocols. Exercises confidentiality regarding all business and patient information.
Organizes and participates in grassroots marketing initiatives. Maintains a fundamental understanding of hearing instrument functionality and troubleshooting.

Collaborates within a team environment with other center staff to achieve goals set by regional and corporate management.


QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Experience in customer/client interactions, preferably in a sales environment. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to multitask, work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to learn and utilize new software applications. Experience in a team-oriented environment and achieving monthly objectives is preferred. Previous experience working with the senior population is advantageous.
