About the Role

Immanuel Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. This is a full-time or part-time position, with 12-hour shifts, offering competitive wages and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, guided by individualized care plans, facility policies, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments, develop, and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • One year of experience as a nurse, with a strong background in long-term care.
  • Current licensure as an RN in the state of Montana.
  • Current CPR certification and up-to-date knowledge of first aid.
  • Completion of 24 continuing education credits within a two-year period of licensure.
