The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales State to lead our sales and key strategy for Adobe's State & Local Government East business. This leader will be a mentor, coach, and evangelist for the needs of the business, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for Adobe's Digital Experience business in State & Local Government accounts across the Eastern US.
  • Consistently deliver performance against revenue targets, leading the sales team with passion and discipline.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners, tracking and monitoring business across the territory.
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned accounts, leveraging empathy and high EQ to deliver exceptional results.
  • Sell solution-based SaaS offerings, utilizing superior customer-facing attributes and strong interpersonal skills to win over clients.
  • Collaborate closely with all organizations within Adobe, including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading high-performance teams servicing government accounts.
  • Validated self-starter mentality with a specific plan to own your business.
  • Dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance.
  • Passion, energy, great attitude, and a confirmed plan for building and running successful sales teams.
  • Empathy and high EQ to deliver results the right way.
  • Success in selling solution-based SaaS offerings.
  • Superior customer-facing attributes both internally and externally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to win people over.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The pay range for this position is $280,500 -- $435,700 annually, with pay varying by work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
