We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team at International Data Group Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the F1000 enterprises and state/local government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers and identify prospect needs across various industries, including Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Government, and Financial Services.
- Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and other sales professionals to create winning proposals and close deals.
- Possess or quickly gain knowledge of important IT and industry issues to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with key clients, understand their IT vendor needs, and craft winning relationships with potential clients.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, with strong written, analytical, verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate success working independently to sell complex goods and services to technology vendors.
- The ability to build relationships at all levels within a company and set a sales strategy to develop new business and incremental sales with existing clients.
- Prior market research industry or technical sales experience is a plus.
- Ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, motivated, assertive, collaborative, and a self-starter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesloft preferred.
- Up to 25% travel.
