Job Overview

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
Cambridge Real Estate Services is in search of a skilled Residential Property Management Supervisor to join our team for the West Coast operations. Position Summary

The Residential Property Management Supervisor will oversee a range of multifamily property management tasks, ensuring effective coordination and leadership of site-based personnel. This includes managing interactions with management companies, lenders, and conducting operational and financial reviews, as well as monitoring property performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead administrative, marketing, and maintenance teams.
  • Assess property conditions to implement proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, including landscapers and service technicians.
  • Manage capital improvement projects.
  • Enhance resident relations and communication.
  • Oversee and manage resident payment processes.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in real estate management or similar professional roles.
  • Familiarity with California property management regulations, including Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
  • Experience with government affordable housing programs.
  • Proficient in property management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight trips.
  • Experience in affordable housing is essential.
  • Possession of reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
