Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 51-unit apartment community, Weidler Commons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including marketing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Screen prospective residents, collect rents, and serve notices as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports, agreements, and other documents related to property management.
  • Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
  • One (1) year of previous property management experience.
  • Previous experience with Yardi Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
