Assistant Property Manager

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for promoting resident relations and assisting the Property Manager in maintaining excellent communication with residents.
Key Responsibilities- Resident Relations: Assist the Property Manager in promoting resident satisfaction and retention through ongoing follow-through and communication in all aspects of the property management cycle.
- Communication: Maintain excellent resident relations while assisting the Property Manager in communicating with residents, both verbally and in writing, regarding maintenance request status, rent payment and receipt, scheduling of inspections, lease renewals, and other related matters.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in property management software for all maintenance requests, ensuring work orders are completed in a reasonable time within estimated costs.
- Lease Renewals: Assist the Property Manager with the lease renewal process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to residents in a timely manner.
- Move-In/Move-Out Process: Prepare and coordinate the Move-In and Move-Out process with tenants, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to residents in a timely manner.
- Notices and Correspondence: Prepare and distribute notices and other routine correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
- Prospective Residents: Respond and follow up with prospective residents interested in available properties, providing them with information and assistance as needed.
- Rent Collection: Communicate with residents throughout the rent collection process, ensuring timely payment and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Security Deposit Disposition: Assist in the preparation of Security Deposit Disposition, adhering to all state laws and company policies.
- Lease Preparation: Prepare leases, ensuring all necessary and required addendums and attachments are included before presenting for signature to tenants.
- Property and Tenant Information: Ensure all property and tenant information is accurately documented in property management software.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license in the state of Oregon.
- Residential Property Management Experience: Preferably have experience in residential property management.
- Operational Vehicle: Possess an operational vehicle for use on the job.
