We are in search of an Outside Sales Representative who possesses a strong hunter mentality to join our rapidly expanding organization. We are looking for driven individuals to represent a multimillion-dollar brand.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY INVOLVE?

  • Manage your own territory without micromanagement.
  • Build your pipeline through prospecting and face-to-face meetings with 35-40 businesses.
  • Utilize a custom-built platform (CRM) to connect businesses with local competing suppliers for energy solutions while ensuring a fixed rate.
  • Collaborate with small to midsize enterprises in your local area.
  • Achieve success by supporting and maintaining open communication with your sales team daily.
  • Regularly update and follow up with clients through the platform (CRM) tool.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enthusiastic about working in the field and fostering relationships with clients in your target market.
  • Confidence and proficiency with current technology are essential.
  • Desire to grow within our organization and achieve unlimited earning potential.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and organize your daily tasks.
  • Comfortable communicating with business owners and team members.
  • Motivated to earn $75K or more in your first year.
  • A 4-year degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
