Conduct sales visits to new and unassigned fleet sites on a weekly basis.
Facilitate training programs for fleet and dealership personnel.
Assess new parts sales prospects and leverage gaps with existing fleets.

Qualifications:
Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic and possess a proactive attitude. A motivation to achieve sales targets and profitability is essential.
Excellent verbal communication skills and sound decision-making abilities are required.
Applicants must be self-driven, capable of prioritizing tasks, attentive to detail, and adaptable.
Understanding of marketing principles and administrative processes is necessary.
Experience in customer service is mandatory.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
A post-secondary degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Three years of industry experience is essential, including two years in heavy-duty truck or parts sales, with a thorough understanding of heavy-duty trucks, truck dealerships, suppliers, and fleets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.Technical Skills:
The candidate must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with database software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this role.
Ability to operate standard departmental equipment, such as a PC, pallet jack, forklift, etc.
Capability to climb ladders, navigate stairs, and walk long distances.
Operate motor vehicles.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Endurance to stand for extended periods.

Familiarity with sales CRM and other relevant software.

Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.
