Position Overview: The Regional Vice President of Sales will spearhead the strategic development, execution, and ongoing expansion of a commercial sales initiative across all formats within Claire's retail locations. This role is pivotal in guiding the field team to achieve established fiscal objectives while ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement short, medium, and long-term operational strategies to meet both operational and financial goals.
  • Drive significant improvements in business performance, rapidly enhancing personnel, processes, and operational systems.
  • Transform existing frameworks to elevate operational excellence, positioning Claire's as a leader in market standards, quality, innovation, and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the broader business strategy and engage in critical decision-making processes that affect all organizational aspects.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team across various functions including store operations, HR, customer service, property management, loss prevention, and health and safety.
  • Provide robust strategic and operational leadership to the Regional Manager/District Manager team, offering coaching and mentorship to cultivate talent and ensure high productivity levels.
  • Instill industry best practices at all organizational levels, unifying staff towards the common goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.
  • Maximize EBITDA through effective sales strategies and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all activities.
  • Collaborate with support functions at the corporate office to leverage all available opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in multi-store management at a senior level or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and inspire associates at both store and district management levels.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and reading comprehension skills.
  • Capability to analyze sales data and engage in strategic problem-solving.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing.
