The French Group is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our Home Health Hybrid organization. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and providing operational direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan and growth strategy for new and existing markets.
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to the executive team.
  • Lead the formation of Home Health vision and strategic plans.
  • Develop and implement company growth and expansion strategies.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of Home Healthcare operations and integration with other Company operations.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with all CMS and State quality and regulatory standards, laws, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Health Administration (MHA) or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of executive leadership experience in a complex, multi-site home health organization.
  • Experience with state and federal home health agency regulations, conditions of participation, and compliance standards and regulations.
  • Advanced business and executive leadership skills to develop new or enhance existing clinical and operational strategies.
  • Proven success in leading and mentoring high-performance teams in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
