Job Overview

As a Director of Sales at Peppermint Films, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing and production teams to align efforts, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Your role will also involve representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Create and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.

Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities

Research and develop new business leads, and work with the sales team to pursue and close deals.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and work to identify new business opportunities through referrals and word-of-mouth.

Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends

Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with Marketing and Production Teams

Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with marketing and production strategies.

Represent Peppermint Films at Industry Events

Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and work to build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Must be Based in San Diego

Must be based in San Diego and have a strong understanding of the local market and industry.

Strong Understanding of Commercial Production and Client Needs

Must have a strong understanding of commercial production and client needs, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Good Communication Skills

Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with a team.

Proficiency in Google Drive (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides)

Must be proficient in Google Drive (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides) and have experience with project management tools.

Organized and Detail-Oriented

Must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to Work Both Independently and as Part of a Team

Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Must have GED

Must have a GED or equivalent.
