Requirements:

  2. Proven experience in staffing, healthcare specific staffing or a related industry, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  3. Demonstrated success in leading and motivating large field sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, staffing trends, and client needs.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
