**Job Summary**

We are seeking a sales professional to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth. As Director of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales leads into customers through effective relationship-building and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with customers.
  • Manage customer relationships, presenting project updates and collecting feedback to inform market entry strategies.
  • Deepen market penetration and boost sales collaboration with hydrogen resellers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to create a comprehensive hydrogen ecosystem for customers.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team.

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Demonstrable experience in the energy industry, with a strong understanding of the Green Hydrogen market.
  • Experience in California energy markets is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to large enterprises.
  • Proven technical and communication skills to lead engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • BS/BA in Business, Sales, or a relevant field.
