Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  3. Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve sales performance and customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  5. Utilize sales software tools, such as Salesforce, to track sales performance, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy market, leveraging industry connections and relationships to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the solar energy industry, with a strong understanding of the market and current industry trends.
  2. Strong technical sales skills and knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive sales targets, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
  5. Proficiency in sales software tools, such as Salesforce, and other relevant software applications.
  6. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in multiple languages.
  7. Strong understanding of the solar energy market and current industry trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date on market developments and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  8. Experience with energy sales and customer service is highly valued, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,320,785.00 per year
