Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving census development and increasing private pay referral bases in designated facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Support: Provide training and support to local CRDs and Administrators to enhance professional relationships, ongoing education, and community outreach opportunities.
- Training Development: Develop and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and conversion ratios to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all employees provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted at community education, establishing and maintaining our status as the expert on assisted living.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of medical contacts and community resources, as well as knowledge of industry trends and legislative/regulatory issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports as required and monitor referral information to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
- Direct Sales Experience: Proven experience in direct sales with demonstrated results.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry.
- Team Player: Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environment.
- Self-Motivation: Proven skills to work independently, be self-motivated, and goal-directed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and listening skills.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience preferred.
