Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and nurturing existing relationships within the commercial flooring sector. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional value and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish sales targets and identify market opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial flooring sales.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on outside sales.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and flooring products, including epoxy, polished concrete, and hardwood.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $70K-$100K base.
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $125K-$250K.
