Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish sales goals and identify target markets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial flooring sales.
- Proven track record in outside B2B sales.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with various flooring products, including epoxy, polished concrete, carpeting, and hardwood.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $70K-$100K base.
- On-target earnings (OTE): $125K-$250K.
