Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a micro team of HCM Inside Sales professionals.
- Ensure the achievement of corporate goals and sales quotas while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales talent, while conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching to enhance the skills of inside sales representatives.
- Facilitate ongoing training for sales representatives in areas such as product knowledge, competitive landscape, and sales techniques.
- Oversee daily operations and performance metrics of the inside sales team, guiding staff to meet or exceed corporate objectives.
- Monitor sales forecasts and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Identify and nurture potential management candidates, bringing them to the attention of senior management.
- Represent the organization positively to clients and the broader community.
- Ensure the accuracy of weekly activity reports and audit commission and expense submissions.
- Promote a culture of proactivity, resilience, and accountability within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience as a high performer.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- 1 year of experience in Inside Sales.
- 1 year of experience in the HCM sector.
Compensation: In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the starting base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually, plus bonuses, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $160,000 to $195,000. Please note that total compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
