Position Overview

Our client, a leading global technology firm catering to various governmental and industrial sectors, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the organization's growth and market expansion.

The company is poised for significant growth through the acquisition of new clients, innovative product offerings, entry into new markets, and potential strategic mergers. Currently, the organization operates across more than 25 countries.

The CEO will oversee a dedicated team of approximately 50 professionals, managing key departments including operations, finance, human resources, and sales, while providing strategic direction and leadership to the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a strategic plan to facilitate growth.
  • Articulate the strategy, business objectives, and responsibilities to the organization.
  • Ensure the company achieves its growth, revenue, and EBITDA targets alongside overall financial performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and acquisitions, assessing their viability and potential impact on the organization.
  • Enhance the sales organization by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and strategic partners to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Chairman/CEO to align company operations with strategic growth initiatives, efficiency improvements, and accountability measures.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for product quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring the integrity of solutions.
  • Evaluate risks to current operations and future growth through comprehensive analysis of financial performance and market conditions.
  • Increase the enterprise value of the company with a focus on enhancing future market value.

Requirements:

  • MBA preferred or Bachelor's Degree with 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing market share and revenue through effective leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in defining and communicating the company’s mission and vision to motivate action and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Proven experience managing sales, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Track record of implementing strategic growth plans, annual operating plans, and budgets to enhance the company's financial performance.
  • Demonstrated P&L success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, focused on gaining buy-in and guiding a team towards strategic goal achievement.
  • Experience in the technology sector, coupled with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • International business experience is a plus.

Travel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time (including regions such as the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia).

Compensation:

Salary range: $200-250K plus performance-based incentives and long-term benefits.
