Role Summary

The Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining profitable partnerships with our clientele. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities while maximizing the potential of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture a diverse client portfolio through effective marketing strategies, including networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
  • Act as the primary representative for our company, demonstrating expertise in our services and educating clients on our capabilities.
  • Prepare detailed job estimates and proposals that align with company policies.
  • Develop and manage sales objectives and business development plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while supporting the overall mission of the organization.
  • Identify and address customer needs through various marketing channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Coordinate job setups and manage documentation once purchase orders are received.
  • Collaborate with the permitting department to facilitate necessary approvals.
  • Conduct site assessments and mark required repairs.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
  • Manage invoicing and collaborate with the collections team as necessary.
  • Engage in follow-up activities on leads and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience within the paving industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and in-person prospecting.
  • Experience in construction sales is advantageous.
