Client Services Manager (Recruitment Account Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Services Manager oversees various accounts at the program level, collaborating closely with client hiring managers and internal HR teams to execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining daily client interactions with hiring managers across the nation.
  • Providing strategic guidance on sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
  • Identifying client needs and managing expectations effectively.
  • Coordinating with the Director of Recruiting Operations to optimize workload distribution.
  • Engaging with clients and candidates to ascertain employment requirements and priorities.
  • Fostering a strategic partnership with clients through a deep understanding of their business and objectives.
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication with key stakeholders.
  • Managing the talent pipeline to meet client demands and performance metrics.
  • Conducting regular meetings with MSH teams to evaluate business needs and service satisfaction.
  • Exceeding client expectations and driving change in a dynamic environment.
  • Delivering operational excellence while utilizing MSH methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborating with senior management to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
  • Addressing operational challenges that affect account performance.
  • Providing onsite consultative support to hiring managers on Talent Acquisition strategies and training.

  • Ability to navigate and resolve complex client situations effectively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills to convey business strategies to client groups.
