We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Partner to join our team at Gartner. As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate the value of Gartner's services and capabilities to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and ROI of their subscription.
  • Facilitate client calls and meetings to discuss priorities, goals, and challenges, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French language.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
