POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Success Specialist will act as a vital liaison for clients who have inquiries or concerns regarding our services. The preferred candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational abilities, alongside the capacity to handle various tasks effectively. Occasional travel may be required to assist with onboarding or troubleshooting at local sites. You will exemplify outstanding customer service and possess a sales-oriented mindset to enhance client relationships and generate additional revenue.

We ensure convenience and unwavering support, enabling consumers to access their funds effortlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee client communications post-sale to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience
  • Conduct introductory calls with all purchasers to outline software usage and logistical next steps
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries or issues
  • Coordinate maintenance operations for ATMs, including scheduling service visits, following up on repairs, and keeping precise records of maintenance tasks
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of ATM supplies to ensure sufficient stock
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems and databases
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable department with bookkeeping organization and maintenance
  • Process client banking documentation and ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to eliminate bottlenecks
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients through open and engaging communication
  • Address customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives, and follow up to confirm resolution

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience in de-escalating client situations while upholding the positive reputation of ATM Universal Processors
  • Adept at overcoming sales objections and effectively communicating the value of our services
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professional communication via phone or email when interacting with clients
  • Basic financial understanding to effectively collaborate with the Accounting team regarding payment plans
  • Intermediate financial literacy is essential
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a professional setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
