Position Title: Business Account Manager

Role Summary:
As a B2B Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to attract new business clients and oversee their accounts throughout the entire engagement process. This position operates on a commission basis, with the added advantage of monthly residuals on all active accounts you secure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Employ various strategies including cold outreach, direct visits, digital marketing, email campaigns, SMS initiatives, and involvement in local business networks to generate leads.
- Consultative Sales: Assess potential clients' requirements and propose tailored payment solutions that align with their business needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and finalize agreements with prospective clients.
- Account Oversight: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Enhancement: Actively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients and maximize account profitability.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly provide updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the merchant services or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with an emphasis on consultative selling.
- Self-driven and motivated to surpass sales objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
Compensation:
This role is commission-based with monthly residuals on all active accounts, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
