Key Responsibilities:

The Client Engagement Specialist oversees multiple accounts at the program level, collaborating closely with client hiring managers and internal HR teams to effectively implement talent acquisition strategies. The primary focus of this role is to partner with the client's HR function, managing all facets of client talent acquisition, including but not limited to:

  • Enhancing Customer Experience
  • Ensuring Hiring Manager Satisfaction
  • Developing Sourcing Strategies
  • Managing Vendor Relationships
  • Facilitating Requisition Intake
  • Overseeing Offer Management
  • Providing Reporting Insights
  • Driving Business Development Initiatives

The Client Engagement Specialist is tasked with upholding the MSH brand through quality service delivery and relationship management, while also identifying further opportunities for MSH's premium offerings.

  • Maintain daily client interactions with hiring managers across various regions
  • Offer consultative guidance on sourcing and recruitment methodologies
  • Assess and address client needs while managing expectations
  • Coordinate with the Director of Recruiting Operations to optimize workload distribution
  • Collaborate with clients and candidates to pinpoint employment needs and provide tailored workforce solutions
  • Foster a strategic partnership with clients through a deep understanding of their business objectives and operational processes
  • Ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders to maximize client satisfaction
  • Manage the talent pipeline to align with client requirements and output goals
  • Engage with MSH teams regularly to evaluate business needs and service satisfaction
  • Exceed client expectations and facilitate change in a dynamic work environment
  • Deliver MSH operational standards effectively, utilizing our methodologies and tools for recruitment and talent retention
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements, while identifying areas for enhancement
  • Address operational challenges impacting account effectiveness
  • Provide onsite consultative support to hiring managers and HR leads regarding talent acquisition strategies and training

  • 5-7+ years of experience in managing client relationships
  • Proven track record in developing processes within a multi-tiered organization
  • Exceptional professionalism and communication skills across all levels of client organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and resolve complex client situations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation skills for conveying business strategies to client groups
