Role Summary:

As a B2B Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to attract new business clients and oversee their accounts throughout the entire engagement process. This position operates on a commission basis, with the added advantage of monthly residual income from all active accounts you secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Employ various strategies such as cold calling, in-person visits, digital outreach, email campaigns, SMS marketing, and active participation in local business networks to generate potential leads.
  2. Consultative Sales Approach: Assess the unique needs of prospective clients and present tailored payment solutions that align with their business objectives.
  3. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and finalize agreements with potential clients.
  4. Account Oversight: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  5. Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  6. Revenue Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, maximizing account profitability.
  7. Performance Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the merchant services or financial services sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with an emphasis on a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-driven and motivated to surpass sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.

Compensation Structure:

This role is commission-based, with the potential for monthly residual income from all active accounts.
