Key Responsibilities:

The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts at the program level, collaborating closely with client hiring managers and internal HR teams to effectively implement talent acquisition strategies. Key duties include:

  • Establishing and nurturing daily relationships with hiring managers nationwide.
  • Providing expert guidance on sourcing and recruitment methodologies in partnership with the delivery team.
  • Identifying client needs and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with the Director of Recruiting Operations to allocate resources efficiently across the team.
  • Collaborating with clients and candidates to assess employment needs and propose tailored workforce solutions.
  • Maintaining a strategic partnership with clients through a deep understanding of their business goals and operational processes.
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by keeping in close contact with key stakeholders.
  • Managing a talent pipeline that aligns with client requirements and performance metrics.
  • Conducting regular meetings with MSH teams to evaluate business needs and service satisfaction.
  • Exceeding client expectations and driving positive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Delivering operational excellence in line with MSH standards, utilizing recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborating with senior management to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements, while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Addressing operational challenges that may affect account performance.
  • Providing onsite consultative support to hiring managers and HR leads regarding talent acquisition strategies and market insights.

  • Excellent presentation skills for conveying business strategies to client groups.
