Business Development Manager

As a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker within our Business Banking organization, you will be based in the Baltimore Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects
- Manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of business customers
- Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives
Requirements:
- University / college degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
- Estimated salary: $80,650 - $143,300 per year, depending on location and individual qualifications.
