Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategy Executive to lead our commercial development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion initiatives across various sectors, including government and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute business strategies for expanding into new markets, focusing on both government and commercial sectors.
- Incorporate marketing strategies into business development initiatives, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors, utilizing a consultative approach to understand and meet their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, stay abreast of industry trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team in a business development or related role.
- Experience in both government and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
