Business Development Manager

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join Fairway All Brands Page as a Sales Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth through targeted sales and high-level client relationship management. You will be working closely with our sales team to achieve sales and retention goals, while growing our customer base in key segments such as commercial, residential, and institutional clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Development and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and active customers, including residential, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop tailored regional sales strategies to promote our core offerings: turf care, aquatic weed and pest control, plant healthcare, and artificial turf solutions.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a team of 2-3 sales representatives, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability for meeting targets related to plant healthcare, turf, aquatic weed management, and specialty pest control services.
- Customer Retention and Business Growth: Identify and act on opportunities to expand our services across multiple sectors, focusing on institutional maintenance, turf care, plant health, and artificial turf installation.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales management, preferably in lawn care, plant health, turf care, or pest control services. You should also have strong knowledge of plant healthcare, turf maintenance (including artificial turf), aquatic weed and pest control, and institutional landscape management. Additionally, you will need excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional, commercial, and residential clients.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 + commission. Remote work options available when necessary. Please note that we require a strong aptitude with sales and experience working with technology, including Microsoft applications.
