Healthcare Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and utilization of our healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales, marketing, problem-solving, communication, and organizing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong relationships with provider recruitment and onboarding teams, Department Directors, coworkers, and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow awareness of providers and services across the LBH system and overall market area, aiming to result in network cohesion, referral retention, and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase physician referrals within the LBH Medical Group.
  • Increase physician utilization of LifeBridge Health programs and services.
  • Facilitate growth and retention of physicians and APPs to understand challenges, manage expectations, and communicate any issues back to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Two or more years experience in sales/marketing, physician relations, or business development with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous healthcare background is required with specific knowledge of the medical/physician community preferred.

Estimated Salary: $42,143 - $64,543 per year.
