Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand their portfolio and increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects, leveraging industry knowledge and network contacts to establish credibility and trust.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions, including cash flow management, credit products, and other banking services.
- Analyze client data to understand their financial health and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance their financial well-being.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business administration, or economics.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,500 - $107,800 per year, depending on location and individual qualifications. PNC Financial Services Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
