Position Overview:
The HR Operations Analyst is tasked with overseeing the employee lifecycle in relation to the backend HR systems framework, which includes the entry and upkeep of employee information, as well as providing payroll and systems support to ensure adherence to company policies and governmental regulations.

The HR Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with the HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams, while also partnering with our Regional Operations team and hospital leadership.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data within ADP Workforce Now (ADPWFN), which encompasses processing entries throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
  • Monitor internal file feed communications for discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
  • Assist the integration team with ADPWFN-related tasks.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and the utilization of all required fields when entering information into ADPWFN.

Perform monthly reconciliation and allocation of employee benefits.
Respond to internal HR data-related inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
Provide ADP support for Time & Attendance and PTO modules.
Act as project support for all HR system upgrades and implementations.

HR Compliance Support:
Conduct mandatory training sessions, ACA compliance, and manage benefit invoices.
Audit personnel data within ADPWFN.

Create process documentation to establish adherence to HR best practices and procedures, and to respond to employee information requests.
Resolve routine issues related to employment documentation and processes in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Other duties as assigned.
This is a Non-Exempt Position.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in HRIS or a similar HR data-focused role.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
Skillset:
Highly organized with effective time management skills during high-volume periods.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email.
Self-starter with a passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment and the ability to take initiative.
Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Capability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
HR experience in a multi-site operation is preferred.
