Job Objective:

The primary responsibility is to oversee the Asset Lifecycle Management Program for all equipment, systems, facilities, and utilities at the designated site, encompassing all phases from acquisition to decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Asset Lifecycle Management Program for all assets, including:


• Act as the leading authority on the Asset Lifecycle Management Program.


• Employ a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to handle various elements of the Asset Lifecycle, including:

- Enrollment and Installation

- Initial Service Entry

- Asset Removal and Reinstatement

- Modifications to assets, such as relocation, repairs, and parts replacement

- Scheduled activities (e.g., calibration, preventive maintenance) along with associated Work Plan Templates, Measurement Data Templates, and Sensor Risk Assessments

- Management of work requests and orders, ensuring proper processing, generation, tracking, and follow-up; confirming completion, review, approval, and closure of work orders.

- Decommissioning procedures


• Oversee Master Data management for equipment within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).


• Supervise the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Procedures (WPs), and Forms pertinent to Asset Lifecycle, including revisions and periodic evaluations.

Performance Metrics:

• Timely completion of projects

• Engineering-related KPIs

• Change Control KPIs

• Client satisfaction ratings

• Prevention of critical observations during inspections

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Experience:

• Background in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals.

• At least 5 years of experience in asset lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with manufacturing and laboratory equipment and change control processes.

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, particularly Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Capability to manage a variety of issues and drive towards results.

• Ability to engage with diverse organizational levels and promote cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.

• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, including equipment, facilities, critical systems, automation, and validation.

• Experience with Quality Assurance, CAPA, Change Control, Document Control, and Training Systems.
