As a key member of the H2M team, the Proposal Coordinator will be expected to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
The responsibilities of the Proposal Coordinator include:
- Crafting compelling non-technical content and influencing design elements while collaborating with technical staff.
- Ensuring compliance with qualifications and requirements while managing the production timeline for timely proposal completion.
- Conducting thorough analyses of RFQ/RFP documents and developing compliance matrices.
- Tracking the status of proposal components and expediting processes as necessary.
- Maintaining win/loss statistics for proposals, shortlist presentations, and interviews.
- Managing a customer relationship database for contact details and proposal tracking.
- Utilizing design software to create proposals that adhere to established templates and standards.
- Writing and editing non-technical sections of proposals and organizing technical materials provided by support teams.
- Preparing necessary proposal forms for various governmental entities.
- Keeping corporate information updated, including personnel resumes and professional licenses.
- Producing business development presentations in collaboration with technical and management teams.
- Engaging in special projects and other business-related tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing or Office Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development within a professional services environment.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn in a dynamic setting.
- A collaborative team player capable of engaging with colleagues across various locations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work closely with technical personnel on proposal content and presentation.
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all organizational levels.
