Position Overview
The HR Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle within our HR systems. This includes overseeing the entry and maintenance of employee data, providing payroll support, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

The HR Operations Analyst collaborates closely with the HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams, as well as our Regional Operations team and practice leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage data within ADP Workforce Now (ADPWFN), including processing entries throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding activities in partnership with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Monitor internal file feed communications for discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
- Assist the integration team with ADPWFN-related tasks.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and proper utilization of all required fields when entering information into ADPWFN.

- Conduct monthly reconciliation and allocation of employee benefits.
- Address internal HR data inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
- Provide support for Time & Attendance and PTO modules within ADP.
- Serve as project support for all HR system upgrades and implementations.

HR Compliance Support
- Facilitate mandatory training sessions, ACA compliance, and benefit invoice auditing.
- Audit personnel data within ADPWFN.

- Develop process documentation to ensure adherence to HR best practices and procedures, as well as to respond to employee information requests.
- Resolve routine issues related to employment documentation and processes in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or a similar HR data-focused role.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills, especially during high-volume periods.
- Strong familiarity with MS Office and Outlook email.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and takes initiative.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Effective collaboration skills across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience in HR for a multi-site operator is preferred.
- A passion for animal welfare is a plus.
