As a Parking Services Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver secure and efficient parking solutions for client vehicles while ensuring outstanding customer interactions. Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee valet operations from initiation to completion, which includes managing vehicle keys, parking cars, and engaging with clients
  • Establish a positive relationship with patrons, respond to questions, and provide guidance as necessary
  • Serve as a professional representative of the brand by assisting clients and safeguarding vehicles
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate revenue reporting at the conclusion of your shift
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
  • Guarantee the secure and proper handling of client vehicles at all times
  • Promptly report any incidents or claims to your supervisor
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license
  • Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
  • Acceptable driving history and ability to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in valet services is advantageous
