Job Objective:

The primary responsibility is to oversee the Asset Lifecycle Management Program for all machinery, systems, facilities, and utilities at the designated site, from acquisition to decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Asset Lifecycle Management Program for all machinery, systems, facilities, and utilities throughout their lifecycle, encompassing the following essential functions:


• Act as the leading authority on the Asset Lifecycle Management Program.


• Employ a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage the various components of the Asset Lifecycle program, including:

- Enrollment/Installation

- Initial Commissioning

- Removal & Reinstatement

- Modifications to assets, including relocation, repairs, and parts replacement

- Scheduled activities (e.g., calibration, preventive maintenance) along with associated Work Plan Templates, Measurement Data Templates, and Sensor Risk Assessments

- Work requests/work orders, which involve processing, generation, tracking, and follow-up; ensure completion of work orders, including review, approval, and closure.

- Decommissioning


• Oversee Master Data for equipment object management within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).


• Administer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Procedures (WPs), and Forms related to Asset Lifecycle (e.g., equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance), including revisions and periodic assessments.

Performance Metrics:

• Timely completion of projects

• Engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Change Control KPIs

• Customer satisfaction levels

• Prevention of critical observations during internal/external audits

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.

Languages:

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Experience:

• Background in a GMP-regulated environment (preferably pharmaceutical).

• At least 5 years of experience in asset lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with manufacturing and laboratory equipment and change controls.

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (preferably Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management).

Additional Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing competing priorities.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Ability to concentrate on diverse issues and drive towards results.

• Competence in interacting with various organizational levels and promoting cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.

• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards (including manufacturing, equipment, facilities, critical systems, automation, validation, etc.).

• Experience with Quality Assurance, CAPA, Change Control, Document Control, and Training Systems.
