Available Position:

  • Part-Time and Full-Time Shifts - Front Desk hours per week

Position Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to represent our upscale residential tower and deliver outstanding experiences for both residents and visitors.

The Front Desk/Concierge role will involve assisting residents and guests with inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints. Responsibilities include managing reservations for cabanas, conference rooms, tennis courts, deliveries, move-ins/move-outs, pool/spa, gazebo, BBQ areas, and social rooms. Familiarity with the residential tower and its surrounding amenities is essential. The Front Desk/Concierge position serves as the first and last point of contact for residents throughout their daily routines.

To thrive in this role, candidates must exhibit professionalism and a positive demeanor in challenging situations, ensuring the satisfaction of residents and visitors from arrival to departure. Ideal candidates will possess a proactive attitude and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of prior front desk experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting and welcoming residents and visitors in a sincere and professional manner.
  • Proactively addressing resident needs and effectively resolving issues and complaints.
  • Providing assistance to residents and visitors with disabilities.
  • Utilizing Buildinglink (front desk software) to assist with inquiries.
  • Coordinating with the onsite supervisor and manager.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure resident and visitor satisfaction.
  • Adhering to company policies and safety protocols.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel/high-rise front desk or concierge roles is required.
  • Maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong team player.
  • Physically agile and capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Availability to work shifts on weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to pass drug and background screenings.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $19.00.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits available for employees working 30+ hours per week.
