Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at DelMonte Hotel Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all activities within the Box Office department, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Box Office Staff, Guest Services, and Tour Guides
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including preparing line schedules and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Lead emergency response situations and resolve guest complaints
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources
  • Ensure staff compliance with guest experience, security, sales, and record-keeping policies and procedures
  • Liaise between Operations Manager and hourly staff, including building security and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in operations, preferably in an attraction, entertainment, or hospitality environment
  • High level of demonstrated customer-facing experience in a supervisory role
  • Proven operational experience in a high-volume environment
  • Organized and able to execute on the operations side of the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well with and manage different personalities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, and outgoing personality with a creative and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Las Vegas market
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

Additional Requirements:

  • Follow and encourage team members to follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Report all safety incidents into the company's risk management system
