Position OverviewAs a Guest Services Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, coordinating group luggage logistics, and supporting the front desk team with guest inquiries.
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Facilitate communication between guests, staff, and tour guides regarding service operations.
- Prepare and manage room lists for incoming and outgoing groups.
- Efficiently operate the bell cart for luggage transport.
- Escort guests and assist with their luggage to and from their accommodations.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues as they arise.
- Assist guests with making reservations for flights, shows, and tours.
- Coordinate car rentals and ensure timely delivery for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bell stand and luggage area.
- Collaborate with security to monitor and report any suspicious or unclaimed luggage.
- Assist with valet parking duties as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or casino environment as a bell attendant is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, approximately 90% of the shift.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Capable of maneuvering a bell cart with luggage and lifting items up to 75 pounds.
- Must demonstrate a high level of urgency and efficiency in task execution.
- Auditory and visual capabilities must encompass the immediate surroundings.
- Adhere to the highest grooming standards.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications or licenses as mandated by local regulations.
