Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate a seamless check-in and check-out process while addressing guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor during the check-in and check-out process.
  • Ensure all shift-related tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Review and accommodate special requests, assisting with room assignments as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of:
    • hotel services, offerings, and operational hours
    • restaurant concepts, menus, dress codes, and ambiance
    • various entertainment options available within the hotel
    • room types, layouts, amenities, and pricing structures
    • upcoming events and local attractions
  • Execute administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Support the Front Desk team and assist with daily management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or gaming environment is highly desirable.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems such as Opera, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Multi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain necessary licenses.
