Position Summary:

The Spa Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and tranquil atmosphere for our clientele while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all Spa and Fitness areas.
  • Guide guests through the locker room, explaining available amenities in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Distribute towels, robes, and slippers to guests, and manage the collection and storage of used linens according to established protocols.
  • Perform laundry tasks as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Regularly monitor locker rooms and restock supplies as necessary.
  • Facilitate the flow of guests from the locker room to service providers.
  • Report any issues related to guests or facilities to management promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the facility and its offerings to assist guests effectively.
  • Document and report any incidents or accidents to management.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members, demonstrating patience and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure clear communication and documentation.
  • Ability to listen and respond positively to guest inquiries, providing accurate information about services and amenities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor as a representative of the Spa.
  • Answer phone calls and provide information as required.
  • Capable of performing tasks in varying conditions, including temperature fluctuations and noise levels.
  • Manual dexterity to handle linens and supplies efficiently.
  • Ability to operate laundry and service carts safely.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. and manage heavier loads intermittently.
  • Willingness to walk or stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and sound judgment in addressing guest concerns.
  • Perform side tasks such as restocking linens and supplies as needed.
  • Knowledge of spa equipment usage to assist guests appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently while managing interruptions.
  • Conduct regular checks of work areas for cleanliness and readiness.
  • Remain composed and attentive during busy periods or emergencies, serving as a role model for peers.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and a well-groomed appearance.
