Paid Training and Advancement Opportunities:

The Residential Program Manager will undergo a paid 10-day orientation, receiving training in CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention, and Trauma-Informed Care, along with site-specific training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coordinate, and enhance the treatment environment and services provided to our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operationalize policies and procedures effectively.
  • Provide direct supervision to management staff and oversee the supervision of direct care personnel, functioning as a vital member of the administrative team.

  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Effective management of meetings and communication.
  • Staff development and resource management.
  • Oversight of DEEC and DCF residential programming and policies.
  • Health and safety management.
  • Documentation and reporting proficiency.
  • Service delivery and therapeutic planning expertise.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services management, social work, counseling, or related fields preferred; four to ten years of relevant experience in residential management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • Familiarity with collaborative management styles, interdisciplinary teams, treatment planning, and relevant regulations.
  • MAP certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
