Residential Sales Representative

About the Role

Waltham Services, LLC. is seeking a skilled Residential Sales Representative to join our team in the Worcester, MA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the residential market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales prospecting, negotiation, and field sales
  • Intermediate-level business development skills
  • Advanced-level goal achievement, listening, and self-management skills
  • Expert-level negotiating skills
  • Intermediate-level team player skills
