Eliot is in search of a licensed Senior Clinician with a strong background in addressing the clinical needs of children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience, familiarity with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the capability to engage effectively with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.

Eliot's juvenile justice initiatives encompass a residential framework for youth aged 13 to 21 who are involved with the court system and require placement while awaiting further legal proceedings, assessment, or extended treatment. These highly structured, self-sufficient programs provide a thorough intervention for juvenile offenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and sustain effective working relationships with youth, families, referral sources, and community support systems.
  • Deliver individual and family therapy in alignment with program guidelines and regulatory policies.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of Individual Service Plans.
  • Supervise case management and advocacy efforts for youth.
  • Maintain knowledge of community resources available to youth.
  • Participate in administrative meetings, staff briefings, and facilitate clinical and community discussions.
  • Assist in organizing and leading staff training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field and independently licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, with a minimum of three years of direct experience with the target population.
  • Proficient understanding of clinical challenges faced by children and adolescents, along with practical knowledge of DBT and substance abuse issues.
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Competence in working with diverse populations and cultural groups.
  • Physical capability to implement Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.

Salary: $70,000

Bilingual Incentive: 6% salary increase for fluency in required languages.

The sign-on bonus is prorated for positions under 40 hours per week.
