Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Manager to lead our Commerce Media initiatives. This role is ideal for a digital media expert with experience in Retail Media Networks, ready to enhance performance for a major global brand. As the Commerce Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' success and advancing our agency's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for daily client interactions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with industry platform and publisher partners.
  • Lead the development of strategic search and display initiatives, including keyword strategies and scheduling tactics.
  • Assist the Associate Director with monthly reporting and performance reviews.
  • Supervise a team of Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring effective campaign monitoring and optimization.
  • Establish best practices for Retail Media activations across various tactics.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance for campaign execution.
  • Draft and present media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage retailer and vendor RFPs, focusing on audience targeting and best practices.
  • Oversee performance forecasts and budget allocations, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Encourage teamwork and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Offer innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Understand and communicate the implications of insights across different programs.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and manage multiple client stakeholders.
  • Develop quality control procedures for campaign implementation.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and processes to enhance agency growth.
  • Adopt and improve account management standards and best practices.
  • Organize and manage all aspects of client meetings, from scheduling to follow-up.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Contribute to the Commerce Center of Excellence to support agency-wide capability development.
  • Assist in documenting best practices for improved team communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in digital media.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail media search and display activations, including media planning and buying processes.
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying and DSP platforms.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to achieve objectives.
  • Experience with campaign automation tools.
  • Solid quantitative skills and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent client engagement skills and ability to lead discussions.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
