Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst will oversee the daily management of search and e-commerce media for designated brands. This role involves monitoring and enhancing search/e-commerce campaign execution and innovation.

The Senior Analyst is expected to cultivate a deep understanding of client businesses and leverage their media expertise to fulfill client objectives effectively.

They will collaborate closely with their supervisor to develop and communicate comprehensive search/e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop paid search/e-commerce strategies across various platforms, including AMS and relevant channels.
2. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business goals.
3. Conduct keyword research essential for new campaign development.
4. Collect necessary data for strategic planning.
5. Organize keywords into ad groups and create relevant ad copy and extensions.
6. Present recommendations and incorporate client feedback into keyword and copy proposals.
7. Upon campaign approval, create flowcharts and input buys into Prisma.
8. Generate documentation required for purchase authorization and ensure vendor signatures are obtained.
9. Manage the trafficking of approved plans into search engines.
10. Conduct quality assurance on all campaign elements prior to launch.
11. Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
12. Advocate for campaign modifications based on performance insights.
13. Actively monitor and manage performance metrics and competitive landscape.
14. Develop and implement optimization strategies and testing plans (e.g., search query reports, negative keyword management).
15. Analyze data to inform campaign reporting and derive strategic insights with actionable recommendations.
16. Create clear, concise, and visually compelling quantitative analyses.
17. Participate in client status meetings and reporting calls, presenting findings effectively.
18. Maintain meticulous records for the monthly billing cycle, including invoice tracking and buy actualization in Prisma.
19. Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with client strategy and billing teams.
20. Acquire proficiency in relevant reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis tools.
21. Master core metric calculations and their interrelationships (e.g., CPC, CPA, CTR, SOV, weighted averages).
22. Serve as a subject matter expert for Analysts, providing training and support for inquiries.
23. Foster strong relationships with client teams and partner agencies to ensure seamless communication.
24. Establish professional rapport with sales representatives and media vendors.
25. Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
26. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
27. Successfully complete training programs and obtain necessary certifications.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in paid media with a focus on e-commerce.
- Experience in buying and planning across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing, AMS, and Criteo.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, and Target platforms.
- Proficiency in AMS, AAP, Criteo, and/or Google Ads preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA) and third-party digital shelf reporting tools preferred.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to leverage paid media to complement earned media campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:
This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office each week.
