We are currently seeking a Lead Strategist, Retail Media Solutions to guide our clients through the rapidly evolving retail media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven media strategies for our CPG clients utilizing top Retail Media Networks, leveraging our proprietary tools and platforms.
- Provide expert guidance to our Customer Development team on creating exemplary media plans.
- Offer daily leadership and mentorship to the Customer Development team in areas such as media strategy, plan formulation, optimization, measurement, and ROI analysis.
- Stay informed about emerging platforms, shopper media vendors, and innovation trends, sharing valuable insights with clients.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring favorable rates, value-added services, and up-to-date information on new products.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers' media platforms to ensure optimal collaboration.
- Develop insightful perspectives for clients regarding the effectiveness of various media vehicles.
- Collaborate with other Commerce Media Directors to exchange knowledge and establish performance metrics for retailer vehicles.
- Work alongside the National Media Team to define and assess the performance of national versus retailer-specific media strategies.
- Partner with the Performance Targeting & Analytics team to enhance campaign reporting and insights.
- Continuously refine our media strategy offerings to ensure they meet client needs.
- Facilitate training and real-time coaching on engagement strategies in collaboration with Strategic Planning and Creative teams.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven experience in media strategy, tactical planning, and vendor management within retail or shopper marketing environments, preferably with 7+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Retail Media and Shopper Marketing, with prior experience in relevant sectors being advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Strategic mindset in developing Shopper Marketing initiatives and managing daily operations.
- Adept at analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and formulating actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities based on industry knowledge.
- Dynamic personality with the capacity to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Passionate about business improvement and growth, consistently seeking innovative solutions.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
